I moved everything within the root directory

The breakdown is as follows:
2022-vimwiki
---  diary
---  images
---  misc
---  Notes  this is where all wiki files go
---  site_html  all converted html pages within
------ styling  this is where anything related to html goes css js
---  templates

Creating the file structure

   [[Notes/Subject/title|what is showing]]

Once you create the directory in this case Subject. You can create a main page and put links to subtopics when creating the subtopics you need only do [[topic|title that will show]] and it will create it in Subjects.

I still must readjust the path in .vimrc for the css
